Mungungo Sports & Recreation Club Inc. are hosting their annual Mungungo V’s the World 7-a-side Charity Cricket day raising funds for LifeFlight & Local Community Organisations. Mungungo is a small country village that consists of a pub, a hall, a couple homes & Sports Grounds AKA the M.C.G – Mungungo Cricket Grounds. Each year 100’s of people flock to the grounds to catch up with mates – old & new, play some cricket, win some amazing prizes in raffles, have a drink & eat some yummy food. There is plenty of room for children to run around and a jumping castle for them to play on. Bring the whole family, pack a chair or a picnic rug, bring a gazebo, there will also be shaded seating available. There will be a canteen running all day. Two bars – No BYO! Cash only event. Just 15 minutes out of Monto in the Beautiful North Burnett. As of Tuesday 8th August there are already 13 teams nominated, 3 spots left.
