An alleged high risk domestic violence offender has been arrested as part of Operation Whiskey Legion.
Police searched multiple properties on August 4 to try locate the 39-year-old Norville man.
Their investigations eventually led them to search bushland at Coonarr Beach.
The Dog Squad was brought in and found the man hiding in bushes, arresting him without incident.
He has been charged with three counts of possessing dangerous drugs, one count of evasion offence and five domestic violence offences including rape and deprivation of liberty.
He was later also charged with four counts of possessing dangerous drugs and one count each of evasion offence at night, wilful damage, stealing and fail to take reasonable care and precautions in respect of syringe or needle.
He has been refused police bail.
In a separate incident, a 43-year-old man has been charged with 11 firearm, drug and child exploitation material offences following another search warrant.
Specialist police searched a Booyal property on August 2, where they allegedly found quantities of drugs, a hydroponic set up, several insecure firearms and ammunition and child exploitation material.
He is due to appear in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court on August 23.
This is one of 23 search warrants executed in the Wide Bay Burnett district since August 1 under Operation Whiskey Legion.
As the Operation enters its sixth day, 223 people have been arrested on 789 charges.
