A woman has been airlifted to hospital after slipping and falling on a bushwalk in the North Burnett.
The Bundaberg-based RACQ Lifeflight Rescue helicopter was called to the spot north of Monto around 1.15pm on Wednesday.
An RACQ LifeFlight Rescue spokesperson said "the pilot landed the aircraft in a nearby clearing, before the aircrew officer and Queensland Ambulance Service Flight Paramedic walked into the forest, to meet the patient".
"The woman, aged in her sixties, was then carried out of the bushland by State Emergency Service and Queensland Fire and Emergency Services personnel," the spokesperson said.
The patient suffered from a lower limb injury and was flown to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
