There are calls for help from the public after a Bargara home was egged on Halloween.

Police say a ute pulled up outside a home on Beachcomber Place around 9.33pm on October 31, before three people got out and allegedly threw eggs at the residence.

Bundaberg Senior Constable Brittany Duncan says it caused damage to the paintwork.

"There was two spots on the house that have been damaged," Senior Constable Duncan says.

"I don't know how many eggs were actually thrown, however it's still classed as a wilful damage offence and people can be charged in relation to that offence."

Anyone who may be able to identify the people or vehicle believed to be involved is urged to come forward.
