Tomorrow on the show Trace and I are going to play some of our 'gym playlist' songs. 

I have a feeling they will be very, very different...

The other thing to cone out of this is that there is as least one song in the playlist that you wouldn't think is a pump-up song but gets each of us going. I have a Paul Kelly song mixed in with the RnB and Dance that gets me going. 

I think slow songs can still get you up-and-about if their lyrics connect with you. 

It might be to clean, get you motivated for a big day at work or for the gym... what songs get you motivated?
