Pokemon Go Review

Pokemon Go is now out on IOS and Android, its available free but it does have microtransactions like an accessory that lets your phone vibrate when pokemon are nearby.

The game is a beautiful version of Augmented reality, that's Augmented, not virtual.

With Augmented reality artificial creatures and objects are added to real life live camera footage, so if you are walking around looking at your phone screen you will see the pokemon hanging out in your real life community.

So if you are after a water themed pokemon you are more likely to see them near a beach or river.

The game encourages Kids to get outside and play, which is really awesome! But let's face it, not just kids, I saw plenty of Adults out walking around playing it over the weekend as well.

Pokemon GO is a 4 out of 5.
