My number 1 son has been saving feverishly to buy himself a new phone. Obviously when you're 16 funds are limited so you go for the best value for money. For him that meant buying online, which we've done many times before. He's been waiting patiently for it to arrive and yesterday this is what we came home to.
I was absolutely stunned, to think that a parcel of that value would be left on our doorstep. Granted the delivery driver doesn't know the value of the item but that's beside the point, particularly when it clearly says on the item that a signature is required.
Lucky we live in a fairly good neighbour hood. I could imagine what happens in "not so good" neighbourhoods. Delivery companies need to take a good at themselves. If someone is paying to have the parcel delivered safely then that's what you would expect to happen.
