Little Life Warriors

Little Life Warriors is built on the belief that every child carries an inner strength—an innate ability to grow, adapt, and rise to life’s challenges. Inspired by the idea that “it takes sun and rain to build a rainbow,” the service was created as a safe, neuro-affirming space where children are supported through play, connection, and acceptance rather than pressure or expectation. Grounded in child-centered play therapy and the philosophy that children possess a natural capacity for self-direction, Little Life Warriors provides a purposefully designed environment where young people can explore big feelings, express themselves freely, and experience healing at their own pace. With a strong focus on sensory needs, emotional safety, and genuine human connection, the practice offers play therapy, early intervention, school readiness support, emotional coaching, resilience-building through the Standing Strong™ wellness program, group and sibling therapy, and educator workshops. Little Life Warriors champions inclusivity, curiosity, and compassion—recognizing that children are not here to be “fixed,” but to be understood, supported, and empowered as the little warriors they already are.
