At Buoyant Bodies, our vision is to create a sanctuary for the mind, body and soul where individuals can escape the demands of daily life, find relief from body pain and experience a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation through float therapy.

We strive to empower and uplift our community by providing a supportive and nurturing environment where people can transform their physical, emotional and mental well-being.

We have two single person float tanks, holding skin temperature, magnesium rich water to provide an extraordinary opportunity for deep relaxation, pain relief and mental clarity.  A 1hr session can provide relief from stress, tension and muscle pain.

As well as flotation therapy we offer infrared sauna sessions, which can include HALO salt mist treatments. We recommend a 30min sauna followed by an hour float session become part of your physical and mental wellness routine.

Whether you’re seeking relief from physical discomfort, looking to unwind from a hectic schedule or simply want to treat yourself to a moment of tranquility, we have something for everyone. Come alone or enjoy the experience with a friend. It might be just what you need.
