A Bundaberg region man has died in hospital, weeks after a vehicle crash with a parked truck on the Capricorn Highway, near Rockhampton.
Around 10.05am on April 24, a white Mazda CX-5 was travelling westbound on the highway at Kabra when it veered off the lane and collided with a parked Kenworth truck.
An 83-year-old man and a 79-year-old woman, both from Duingal, were taken to Rockhampton Hospital.

The man passed away yesterday, but the woman remains in a stable condition..
Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or who has relevant dashcam vision, to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
