A hoon has been caught on camera, driving dangerously at Ashfield.
Police have released vision of the red Holden Commodore Ute doing three burn outs at the Elliott Heads Road and Ring Road intersection.
It happened around 10pm on February 28 and it’s believed a green P plate driver was behind the wheel.

Officers say the vehicle was fitted with silver hubcaps on the rear wheels and alloy wheels on the front.
Police are seeking public assistance to help identify a driver.
