A 32-year-old Bundaberg woman has died in a head-on crash west of Gin Gin.
She was driving a Holden Commodore along Gin Gin Mount Perry Road around 7:40am Wednesday when it collided with an Isuzu D-Max utility which was travelling in the opposite direction.
The passenger of the Commodore, a 9-year-old girl, was flown to Bundaberg Hospital in a critical but stable condition.

While the utility driver, a 24-year-old Bundaberg man, was flown to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is appealing for witnesses and is calling for anyone who was around Moolboolaman at the time to get in touch.
