The next meeting of the Bundaberg Lymphoedema Support Group will be held on Monday 17th June 2024 at 9.30am. Venue is CatholicCare Bundaberg, 79 Woongarra Street Bundaberg. The Support Group exists to offer information, support, friendship and understanding to people who are coping with the daily challenges of living with lymphoedema. Tickets now on sale for the inaugural Silver Ball at Moore Park Beach Community Hall on Saturday, 22 June at 7:00pm. Tickets cost $25 each and includes hot supper, sweets, tea/coffee and entry into Lucky Door Prize. Wine, beer and soft drinks for purchase (cash only, no BYO). Dance to the live band Kenny & the Nitro rockers, old time waltz, contemporary country, rock n' roll until 11:00pm. Dress theme is "Silver and Bling." Prizes for numerous categories such as best dressed lady, best dressed gentleman and best dressed couple. All proceeds in aid of Community Hall Kitchen Upgrade.
