More people settling down in Gin Gin

A few local suburbs are defying the property downward trend, recording positive growth in the past year.

New data from PropTrack is revealing the Queensland areas that are booming.

While the state’s property prices have dipped from their recent peak some suburbs have continued to see strong price growth, with increases in property values of as much as 30% according to PropTrack’s Automated Valuation Model (AVM).

Gin Gin has topped the list with the largest median house value rise since February 2022.

Prices are up 30%, but still relatively cheap. An average home will set you back $308,000.

Moore Park Beach, Innes Park and Agnes Water have also been named in the top 10 performers.
