A boy has been taken to Bundaberg Hospital following a single-vehicle crash.
Emergency services say a car ran into a tree at the corner of Port and Strathdees Road, in Burnett Heads, around 8pm Wednesday.
A teenager was treated for arm injuries before he was transported to hospital in a stable condition.
