A woman in her 40s has been flown to hospital following a mustering incident on a rural Mundabbera property.
The Bundaberg-based LifeFlight rescue helicopter was called to the scene at 10.24am yesterday, bringing a specialist aeromedical team directly to the patient.
The critical care LifeFlight doctor and Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) flight paramedic worked alongside local QAS paramedics to assess and treat the patient for pelvic injuries.
The woman was airlifted to the LifeFlight Bundaberg base and she was then transferred by ambulance to Bundaberg Hospital, in a stable condition.
